Rules of Play

• Strictly no shoes allowed on the play equipment (e.g. Soft Play, Ball pits and Bouncy Castles)
• No face painting, glitter paint, confetti, silly string, party poppers to be used on or near play equipment.
• Children and adults must wear socks on the play equipment and the matting at all times.
• No food, drinks or cake consumption within or near the play equipment.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• Children aged under 2 need a hands-on supervisor at all times.
• Play equipment must be used only by the specified age group and number of children that is appropriate for each selected package (refer to the website for further information).
• Equipment to be used for intended purpose ONLY.
• Only play equipment provided by WOW Party Hire are allowed in the play equipment area.
• No chairs, gazebos, tents are allowed on the matting (no exceptions).
• No glass, drinking glasses or bottles are allowed in or near the play equipment area.
• No smoking or barbeques near the play equipment.
• No animals to be near or in the play equipment area.
• Play equipment must not get wet or be fully exposed to the sun as the equipment can become slippery and/or hot.
• Play equipment must be left in a clean and tidy state at the end of the hire.
